Fresh pineapples qualify for free shipping. Or choose any combination of products totaling over $45 going to a single shipping address to get free shipping.
All of our fresh pineapple is shipped using Fedex 2-day service, which guarantees arrival 2 days from the shipping date. Because pineapple is a perishable product, we ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid having the product sit over the weekend. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt and confirmation of your order.
Our other products (i.e. coffee and other dried goods) can be shipped via Fedex or U.S. Postal Service, using methods available for your area. These additional shipping methods will appear as options during the checkout process. If you’re ordering fresh pineapple and dried goods together in the same order, we may choose to ship the separately, so that the dried goods arrive as soon as possible but the fresh pineapple is again, not allowed to sit over the weekend.
Sorry, fresh fruit returns are not possible.
