Our double-pack includes 2 large ready-to-eat Hawaiian Crown Sweet Gold pineapples fresh from our family farm, and will be sent to your address in our decorative red shipping box.
Hawaiian Crown Sweet Gold pineapples are picked at the peak of the season only when they are ripe. We ship them to you right after harvesting to ensure that you receive only the freshest, sweetest pineapple.
When you receive them, you can refrigerate for up to 10 days. The large sized fruit are easier to cut for big parties or family get togethers, since there is more fruit to eat all at once. Sometimes handling during shipment can be rough, so check for bruising upon arrival and cut off any parts that are leaky or bruised and refrigerate and eat as soon as possible. When you are ready to eat, just cut off the crown, peel and slice. We recommend eating them as a fresh treat, but they can also be cut for garnishing drinks or grilling on the barbecue. Freeze any extra pineapple pieces to use in smoothies or just eat frozen pineapple cubes as is for a refreshing summer treat!
Pineapple is shipped only within the continental US. The price includes Fedex 2-day shipping. Please note: Fedex cannot ship to PO Boxes so please use the actual physical address.
When ordering, choose “Free Shipping” since Fedex 2-day service is included with all fresh pineapple orders.
We only ship fresh pineapple on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. So the cut off for placing orders for a particular shipping day is by 3pm the day before shipping. For example: to assure shipment on Monday place your order by 3pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time) on Sunday, to ship on Tuesday place your order by 3pm on Monday, to ship on Wednesday place your order by 3pm on Tuesday.
During the Thanksgiving week, Fedex will be closed on Thursday 11/23. Therefore, we will only ship on Monday (11/20) for Wednesday delivery and Tuesday (11/21) for Friday delivery. Please place your order by Sunday 11/19 at 3pm if you want to ship on Monday, and to ship on Tuesday, place your order by 3pm on Monday. Regular shipping will resume on the following Monday 11/28.
If you would like to delay or expedite your shipment please place the order first, then e-mail us at email@example.com (reference your order # in the subject line) and provide your requested shipping date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We work hard to meet expectations and ship your product on-time. However, due to shipping factors outside of our control (such as severe weather conditions, criminal acts, labor disputes, or any other disruptions in air or ground transportation), there is the chance your product will not arrive on the expected date. Hawaii Pineapple Company reserves the right to delay the shipping of fresh pineapple orders if there is inclement weather that prevents us from harvesting or if the fruit quality is not up to our standards for these orders. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days, we will try to contact you with further information.
