Fresh pineapples and gift boxes all qualify for free shipping. Simply select from the Product Categories “Free Shipping Items”, “Fresh Pineapples” or “Gift Boxes” and free shipping will be included. Or choose any combination of our products totaling $99 or more  *going to a single shipping address* to get free shipping on your entire order.

For Mother’s Day Delivery (deliver by 5/10)

For Fresh Pineapples:

Place your order by 5/5 Tuesday 3pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time). All Fresh Pineapple orders are sent via 2-day Fedex.

For Gift Boxes, packaged goods, & all orders without fresh pineapples:

To ensure delivery by Mother’s Day please add “Mother’s Day Delivery by 5/10 (via 2-day Fedex)” to your cart for $5. Gift boxes and packaged goods are usually sent with USPS Priority Mail, which may or may not arrive on-time. Adding this $5 charge to your cart will upgrade your shipping to 2-day Fedex and ensure delivery for Mother’s Day. Please place your order by Tuesday 5/5.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We are currently only shipping on Wednesdays due to the current COVID-19 situation. Please place your order by 3pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time) on Tuesday to have your order sent on Wednesday. All fresh pineapples are sent using Fedex 2-day shipping, which will arrive at your front door on Friday. Orders placed on Wednesday after 3pm HST will be held and fulfilled the next Wednesday.

Our other products (i.e. coffee and other dried goods) can be shipped via Fedex or U.S. Postal Service, using methods available for your area.  These additional shipping methods will appear as options during the checkout process.  If you’re ordering fresh pineapple and dried goods together in the same order, we may choose to ship the separately, so that the dried goods arrive as soon as possible but the fresh pineapple is again, not allowed to sit over the weekend.

RETURN POLICY:
