We are currently only shipping on Wednesdays due to the current COVID 19 situation. Please place your order by 3pm HST (Hawaii Standard Time) on Tuesday to have your order sent on Wednesday. All fresh pineapples are sent using Fedex 2-day shipping, which will arrive at your front door on Friday. Orders placed on Wednesday after 3pm HST will be held and fulfilled the next Wednesday.
All of our fresh pineapple is shipped using Fedex 2-day service, which guarantees arrival 2 days from the shipping date. When shipping via Fedex, the “Ship To” address must be a physical address and not a PO Box since Fedex cannot deliver to Postal Boxes.
If you would like to delay or expedite your shipment, or would like to make any changes, please place the order first, then e-mail us at email@example.com (reference your order # in the subject line) and provide your requested shipping date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Our other products (i.e. coffee and other dried goods) can be shipped via Fedex or U.S. Postal Service, using methods available for your area. These additional shipping methods will appear as options during the checkout process. If purchasing anything other than fresh pineapple (such as coffee, and other dried goods) we will ship as soon as we can, or we will notify you if we have any delays. If you are ordering fresh pineapple and dried goods together in the same order, we will ship all of the items together if they fit into the box but it will be shipped on the next possible shipping day for fresh pineapple (the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) so the box will not sit over the weekend in transit.
We work hard to meet expectations and ship your product on-time. However, due to shipping factors outside of our control (such as severe weather conditions, criminal acts, labor disputes, or any other disruptions in air or ground transportation), there is the chance your product will not arrive on the expected date. Hawaii Pineapple Company reserves the right to delay the shipping of fresh pineapple orders if there is inclement weather that prevents us from harvesting or if the fruit quality is not up to our standards for these orders. If there is a delay of more than 5 working days, we will try to contact you with further information.
If you have a Release Signature on-file with FedEx which authorizes FedEx to deliver the package without obtaining a signature, please consider having it removed to ensure your package will not be left in conditions that will result on the overheating or freezing of your fresh product.
Sorry, fresh fruit returns are not possible.
